Damaged Items

Time is of the essence: Upon receipt of goods, any chips, broken items or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours. Claims will not be honored after this period! We will file a claim with the carrier! You must take pictures and send them to us the same day you receive the box.

Variation in materials, production equipment and firing temperature may result in variations in size shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards.
